I told them if they send all my checks back i would go away... on the phone and my certified letter.. they told me ok.. then nothing.. i have to follow through i just need to know where to go i have to beleive there is help for me somewhere

Which company is this? Another member is going through almost the same thing with a storefront, I'm wondering if it is the same company, sounds so familiar. You are doing the right thing. You should do weekly follow ups in regards to your complaints with the agencies you filed them with. My AGs office was quick to act and contacted my pdls, but I still followed up with them, just to let them know I'm still around, and to let them know the progress of settling with the pdls.

The other member going through this same exact situation is from CA also, that is why I'm wondering if it is the same company, I believe she found out that their license was expired or terminated.

PDL,
I am also in CA and to the best of my knowledge, this storefront is one that the member Steelers was talking about is having problems with. As I'm not familiar with it, I think it's probably in Southern CA am I right?
I have had many dealings with storefronts in Northern CA and I can tell you that all they can charge is 15 percent interest with no rollovers--and fees are posted all over the store. This is also CA law.
