Who checks your TELETRACK report??

Most teletrack items are removed once they are paid. If you've settled with them I would call teletrack and see what the dispute process is. If you have proof your account is marked PIF I'd send that to them with a demand for the item to be removed. It's much easier to get off teletrack then chexsystems.

Other companies that utilize the Teletrack database are rent-to-own shops, blue hippo type businesses, some finance plazas (auto)and apartment complexes. All of these companies look at different things so it is unlikely that failure to repay a payday loan would affect your chances of renting an apartment, however, it may affect your chances of getting approved for a new computer through Blue Hippo. Who really knows for sure?

Why are you wanting to get yourself into this payday cycle? From experience, it will cause you nothing but headaches. It sounds like an easy, quick fix, but in the long run, it is going to hurt you. When those payments start coming out of your account and you find your paycheck does not cover everything you need to pay, you will really feel the pain. My advice to you is not to take any more payday loans out and return any money that you have already received and try to come up with another way of making ends meet because if you can't make them now, you definilty are not going to make them meet when those loans start coming out.

sunshine, I will agree with 2nband when I say please don't get another payday loan if you can help it. One leads to two, two leads to four, four leads to eight. Next thing you know, your whole paycheck is going to these places. -- and then you'll be posting how do I get rid of them?

To answer the question, it depends on the store and state laws. Mostly state laws, because the stores really don't care if you can afford it or not. Some states say you can only have 1 open payday loan at a time. If that is the case, then the pdl store would be prhibited from giving you another loan.
