I just got off the phone w/Payday one, Payday OK and Payday Select concerning my refund. I was told that instead of my loan being marked paid in full, they were charged off. AND reported to teletrack. How do I fight this one?

I don't want a new one I just can't pay off all of the "legal" ones at once. I ended up calling all of store front loan sharks and the 4 internet ones that I repay each month to make sure they don't check teletrack. All but 2 store fronts do not check unless it is new and same w/internet. I am more upset over being told it would be marked as paid in full and then find out it was a charge off.

Yea, me too. I have contact with a guy named Michael, and have repeatedly asked for some type of document stating that the account is paid in full and closed. He says that they can't send me anything b/c I really didn't pay it and it's not paid in full. They charged it off b/c the don't do loans here anymore.. I think that is ridiculous and if I settle for nothing, what happens a year down the road when they try to collect on it?? Screwed again...LOL...

Here is an update! I called the "special handling" group for PaydayOk and explained waht I had been told yesterday about my accounts being marked as Charge Off instaead of PIF. I was told that the rep made a mistake and my account was marked PIF. The information sent to Teletrack was that my 3 loans were PIF. I made her put in writing: "I personally sent the information to Teletrack documenting all three accounts (PayDay One, PayDay OK and PayDay Select) as PAID IN FULL. I hope this helps to clarify the issue." Pretty cool huh? She also said another department was handling my refund.

Thanks for your help! I can not believe that I worried all night. I need to rack your brain 1 more time.

I sent my complaint letter regarding PayCheckToday, to The Department of Audit in Wyoming. I got a call from my investigator and he needs my original loan agreement. PCTodays web site blocks me and I can't get anyone to answer the phone. Any advice obie one?
