How do I rectify problems with the subcontractor?

Dear Sir/Madam,
I have been a member of United Christian Financial since 1/26/06. I was assigned the attorneys of the Roll Law Firm, Arizona, by your organization. Since my start date, I have sent Roll Law Dirm $4000 to negotiate my debt with my creditors. Unfortunately, I have been told that they have misplaced my records( for the second time ) and refused to reimburse me the my balance minus their retainer. Their retainer on my contract is $2,429.04 or 4.9%.
Please rectify this situation so that I do not have initiate legal action.
