I dealt with them earlier this year and the collection agency is not licensed to collect in my state. A fact which I pointed out to them, CTC and the State's AG office. Paydayavenue is the same as CTC and I've emailed paydayavenue twice to see if I could work out payment arrangements, but they have never replied. They have been quiet with me for quite awhile. I wonder what their next step is.
