i,m a foreigner. i live in Venezuela and i had one american credit card i could not pay (4 years ago) because of the money control exchange of this country. Now i live in europe and i want to pay and get back my credit.
what can i do ? where i have to call ? what can happen about interest ? can i have back a credit card in usa ? can i pay in parts ? can i have problems in in usa customs to entry in usa because of this problem ?
thank you

You can contact the company to see if they are willing to set up payment arrangements, it could be that it was charged off like bdouble said. I doubt this would cause you problems with customs, if not paying on a cc were a problem, there would be an awful lot of American citizens having difficulty re-entering the country. It isn't a crime, you should be fine.
