hi my name is sasha turner.
i am 18 years old and have been sliding more and more into debt. it all started with a huge misunderstanding with my bank and my mother. that has since turned to bad checks and late credit card payment. i am a college student i also live on my own and take care of my self. there's pretty much no way to do this by myself before i start to get into trouble for some of it. i have just started a new job and am going to actually start making some money to start paying these bills off, however everyone seems to want their money now...not when i can get it. IT's not even that i dont want to pay it back . i dont mind having bills and if i had the money i would have paid it all back months ago.

thank you

sasha turner

Hi Sasha, first off please don't get overwhelmed, you will work this out. You are on agood track with getting a job. yes these people want their money yesterday but you don't have it and they will have to wait. as long as YOU know you are making an effort to get the bills paid, that is all that matters. You need to concentrate on your schoolwork and grades right now. Justa suggestion, I know the christmas break is coming up, could you get a temp part time job during the break to help with the bills? keep posting many will be glad to help you here

Welcome to the Community Sasha :D It's good to see you are so responsible at your age, wish I had been! You are on the right track, and you will receive guidance and debt education to not get in the same spot again. I applaud you for wanting to be self-supporting and taking care of your debts before they get too overwhelming, like I did!..KAren
