Are you sure not having any loan from Route 66 Funding? It's very strange how they got your new phone number. You need to file a complaint with your state attorney general and the state regulator. They will start their investigation on the company after receiving your complaint.
Search Route 66 Funding in this forum. You will find many others having similar problems with this company. In most cases, they are not following the state laws and doing unauthorized debits on different accounts.

designforyou, be careful, you don't have any loan from Rt 66 Funding, so your personal info must not be with them. Get the phone number off from their system at the earliest. Or you can ask your phone co. to block their number.
