Debt Amassed During College Haunts Me Well After Graudation

While I was in college I managed to amass a sizeable debt with my Citi Mastercard and Discover Card (Currently 3,000). During school and soon after I was at many times unable to pay the bill, because my budget was very limietd. I really regret using it so stupidly. So the credit card company kept adding fees which practically more than doubled the original borrowed amount. I have been set up on payment plans with both of those companies to try and keep the interest rates at bay. I have knocked down some of the debt especially on the discover card. but the payments are really hard to keep up with. I really need some relief and I am paying out $200 a month between the both of them, to keep my interest rates at 14%. It would be great if I could payless a month at the same rate or lower interest rate. I know I made a huge mistake and I have been paying for it for years. If there is any way you can help that would be great.
