Welcome Alexis :D Have you told your attorney that this company is calling you b/c you are right, once your case is filed in court, creditors are not to continue trying to collect on a debt.

Is the case actually filed yet, or have you just retained an attorney. If the case has been filed, they should have received a notice from the court, which acts as a restraining order on all collections. If they keep calling after a court told them not to, they can be held in contempt.
