Is it just sonic or is it sonic cash and what are they saying to you? What state are you in?

aaronmedres home they said the were sonic i am in the state of ill. i dont know who sonic is i do have many loans out but none of them are sonic they called my job and left a number to call i have not spoken with them yet this why i am asking who is this before i call so i will know who i am taking too.

Their debits come through as Northway Debit sometimes.

oh norhway debit that i cash tranfers centers wh do they use so many alais name this is make it difficult to know whose calling. why dont they say cash tranfers centers on the bank statement they do have northway. thanks for that tip now i know who i will be taking too. they actually called me yesterday i didnt get a chance to talk to anyone because i was at work i could not call them because we cant do personal calls unless emergency you understand now i am going to call them are they legal in ill? now they do not roll over but they would give me a loan the money after they take the old one out, if they take the loan out on payday friday i could get another one on the monday afterwards you understand so is that rollover or what i want to know what to say when i call.

Yep, sounds like Sonic Payday..They do not do roll overs.....And more than likely they are NOT licensed. Ask them for their licensing information. They'll probably tell you that they don't need it-that they're governed by the laws of wherever they decide they're from today. (It seems to change on occasion) Tell them that the AG of your state would disagree.

Sonic is one of the nastiest. They are ruthless. But you can still win. :)

Do you have payday loans that are taking the money out of your account? ILL. is a great state to work with by the way. The regulator does not put up with anything from payday loans that are not licensed in his state. The only sonic i know of is working out of Ireland. They were using a licensed storefront in California. A lady i was working with told the regulator who was taking the money from her account and found out the money was going to Ireland. The company got fined millions and booted out of the state. I would not even bother to call. Dont even waste your time.

thanks guys for telling me this info this makes my day so what is my next step for them i dont want judgement or garnishment, wage assignments, what is telecheck, teletrack and check system, which can pdls use to mess you up i dont care about pdls they helped me in a way but hurt me in another way, but would like to know who can hurt me. are there any numbers ican call for either to see who have reported me to either of these are all of these? to jesse arronmeders, either or both i will take both oppinion is i can thanks.

If they are messing you up from writing a check through telacheck call your AG office and let them know. This happened to a lady in N.C and she could not even wright a check for groceries. I got the AG and her talking and they cleared the matter up in less than a day. The payday loan company once again was working illegal in N.C

thanks again i dont know if they did this to me i have had one ctc tell me they did report me to teletrack i just so others talk about telecheck and the check system i would like to know because i do have checks out for my insurance as we speak just need to know if anyone have numbers to call to see if they have done this or is tring to do this, just like to be on top of things yu understand arronmeders or jesse.
