I got a loan with GFSIL and got everything prossessed and they told me that I could not get the loan
because of job verification and a few weeks went by and I noticed that there was more money in my account then there was supposed to be. I asked my bank where it came from and to look up the id transaction # but they could find nothing. I called GFSIL and asked them what the hell is going on. They told me that my fax came through, and im like what F##$%^&%& fax. They already charged my account 80$ and i want to pay it in full but they are conning me somehow, please someone help

This company will refinance the charge until it reaches $35 and then withdraw $235 all at once for full payment. But in the mean time if you don't call them to payback the principal, each pay period they will withdraw $80, $75, $70..........until the roll over charge goes down to $35. You can put a block on this company from debiting your account and file a complaint with your attorney general's office.

I didn't even know these places verified employment. Especially since they did it without your signature, a red flag should have gone up in your HR Dept.

Since when does a job verification constitute your acceptance of the loan agreement? You have their statement saying they weren't giving you a loan, that should render the application/electronic agreement void.

Then again, we are dealing with a payday store who is not in this country. File a complaint with the AG, and good luck.

Debtcruncher is right, my employer will not verify anything without a document with my signature. I took out a few internet pdls awhile back and the way they verified my employment was calling my extension. The biggest financial mistake I have made to date, thankfully it's over and I will never travel that road again.
