advice for the distracted..

Has anyone had this problem, I have tons to do but can't concentrate. I did something stupid on Saturday, kissed one of my best friends, he initated but I kissed back, now I am trying to get the courage to call him and find out what it meant to him and how this is going to affect our friendship... Any advice out there for me? I'm going crazy probably making this out to be worse than it is but it is bothering me.


Some of you youngsters could learn a lesson or two from those of us who have, or are about to receive, our AARP cards. My youngest daughter looked at me like "why bother" when, at age 45, I got a tubal. She told me she was "shocked." I told her what would be shocking - her 45 y/o single mother 9 months pregnant. I believe she still thinks I live like a nun.

OMG---My 25 year old daughter reacts the SAME way. "Why are you even looking at birth control stuff, Mom?" she says to me in Walmart. I say Why do you think? Then---she says "well you better, cause I don't want to have to raise a brother or sister". She was kidding, of course---but I like to stand in that section of Walmart or any store and look at stuff just to embarrass her. :D Thats what moms are for right?

Well, when I had this lip number---I was about 20 and a terrible tease (so they tell me)and I had to teach this dork how to kiss and everything! So, after awhile my mom started doing the flashing the porch light thing to get me to come in. When I came inside, my hair was messed up, etc. I tried to say something to her and found that my lips felt funny!

Lorri--Don't feel bad....Between the ages of 21-23 I was a HORRIBLE flirt. There was one day that I had 3 dates in one day...Went to lunch with one guy, then came home..and got ready for dinner with another guy...Then got a "stomach ache" and went home so I could change and go out with ANOTHER guy to a movie...lol I couldn't believe I actually pulled it off.

LOL....I used to adore John Travolta. When I was like 6 years old, my mom took my sister and I to the mall. My sister is 8 1/2 years older than me, and my mom said she could take me into the theater(at the mall) to see Jungle Book. Well, my sister had different ideas, and she took me to see Grease instead. I loved it! I loved the movie, and I fell in love with Travolta that day. It's still probably my all-time favorite movie.

Lorri...

One night, I canceled a date w/ this guy named Jason, because another guy...Much sexier guy, Colin called and wanted to come over.

So I told Jason, I was sick and not to come over.

Colin and I made out in my living room with the blinds open...Nothing too graphic, no nudity..

Well, Jason came by ANYWAY...And was not amused when he saw me sucking face with Colin. I told him it was HIS fault for not listening to me in the first place..lol

One time, I was making out with the guy I really liked. Another guy that I dated called me on the phone at the same time. I was still trying to make out yet, carry on a convesation over the phone---and was I LYING!!!!! oooooohhhhhhh, I said "no you can't come over, cause UHH, UMM, I am going to my aunt's house. He says, I'll come with. I say, UHH, no---my aunt is..uh, well its personal and don't ask me anything else and I hung up. And I continued my little game of slap and tickle with the other guy.
