Who is Excel Acquisitions and how did they get my informatio

I don't know how Excel got my info but I have never had a loan with Pnc Bank in Ky and this company is listed on my credit report. When I called they won't give me an address to dispute and they are all so very secretive, I just want to know what this debt is and how to dispute and to do that I need a valid address which I can't get from them.

Get the debt validated by the debt collector. Their should be legitimate reasons for reporting in your credit report. If they are unable to validate the debt, dispute their item get them removed from your file. They are hurting your credit on false reasons.
