what is up with ambassador/nationwide loans?

I too have recently taken a loan with these people. My account was debited for $90.00 on a $300.00 doallar loan when the transaction I signed for was only $80.00 to be deducted. So I owe them $290.00 now and how do I pay this in full because they sound like a horrible company to do business with? Does anyone have an address so I can send them the money on my own?

Isn't it a breach of contract because they debited more than you authorized? You may consult some legal advice in this matter because if Nationwide has done this now, they will try something bad in the future also. There are so many negative feedbacks against them.
