Yet another problem with this company. I closed the original account where they made deposits and withdawals to. I have 2 other accounts joint with other people. Now, this company has gone into one of those accounts and took $590!!! Can they do this? I never ever game them authorization to go into that account, they wouldn't even have a copy of a cancelled check or anything. The money they took wasn't even mine. I have filed a dispute with the bank but it will take a few days to even get it back into the account. That doesn't help the persons who's money is gone and I don't have any money to give them. Can they do this?

It's Cashnet500, I don't know how they got my account #, my bank say's they must have gotten it somehow it comes thru as an ACH debit. I applied for a regular loan online this past week but it wasn't with a payday loan company it was with Citi. If I didn't give it to them and they got the #'s can they do this?

no, I don't think they do. I was told they somehow have the account #. I'm just worried that when they give me the provisional credit and do their investigation they (cashnet) may come back with saying "well she owes us money therefore we took it out of one of her other accounts" or something and I will be stuck.

They took out the $285 and within 2 days, it was back in my account. Then about 3 weeks later, they started calling again. Finally I paid them only what I was required to by my laws (principal only) and then I harassed them 3 or 4 times a day about my PIF letter. I got an email one day after I called for the 5th time in 10 minutes

Well, it's a joint account I have with my fiance, however I am the primary on it. They bank told me today that they will have me close the account and open another one to prevent anything else from going thru from this company and that's what I'll do. You don't think that I'll be required to pay this since I have done business with them before, although it was a different account? I'm just so affraid they will get away with this.

If your state allows $15 per $100 borrowed and the loan was for $350, and you've already paid $405 in rollver fees, then they have been paid in full. Actually, the total amount of the loan with finance charges should be $402.50. $350 + $45($15 per $100) + $7.50(this is normally what storefront pdls charge for anything under $100)=$402.50.

The $45 is for the $300 and the $7.50 is for the $50.
I hope you can understand my calculation.
