He also posted one of his client's names (if that was true - even if it wasn't, he shouldn't have done it - there's SOMEONE out there by that name).

Making one false threatening phone call after another, threatening bodily harm to any female debtor who did not pay up. Into madness he did descend.

And then a code yellow was called and the men in white coats thrustled into his room, I mean cubicle and gave him a forced injection of Haldol.

Now he is under court orders to take his meds and has been banned from phone services across America.

Why don't you continue to use innocent people's names in this forum,, do you not realize that there are other people that respond in this forum that ALSO live close to Schuamburg ILLINOIS that may not know the person you are referring to but would be MORE THAN HAPPY TO HELP THIS person in fighting you tooth and nail for ummm "defamation of character" or reporting your tactics to the proper collection authorities? I think you need to back off and realize what exactly this forum is for. I think I've learned something here that wasn't intended. The best way to deal with people like Doug is not to give him the consideration of our attention. I think we've inadvertently fed him by responding to him and his outrageousness. The more we respond to him the longer he'll stick around and cause us to lose focus.

Outlaw, Doug didn't flunk out of law school. He is not permitted to obtain a law license to practice because he is a convicted felon who spent time in a federal pen. I'm actually not poking here, just repeating why he explained he can not have a license to practice law.

I knew there was some reason why he was so upset that he didn't get to be a big time attorney. I think he still flunked out, at least in his life anyway. But that seems to be a big issue with him. Oh well, one can only hope that he becomes a better person at some point. Although, I'm pessimistic by nature and doubt he'll improve much.

A wake up call is all that changes a person. People have two paths - the one they choose and the one that was chosen for them. Too many of us choose our path, and ultimately, it's a path that goes nowhere. A wake up call presents a person with the knowledge that there is a better Way. It's then up the them to release and follow.
