Things are getting rough around here. I have received 3 letters from online pdls threatening legal action if I don't quit the slander and defamination of character in regards to my templetes I have let people use. I have only posted the truth about these crooked buttheads and that is putting it mildly. The online industry is running scared and with the help of this site, we have gotten the word out and what our rights are and to use the law against these places who have stolen money. I will begin posting again in the forums, but with cautious wording. The companies are very famous on the boards and 2 of them are from supposedly Miami, Oklahoma and from Ireland or wherever they are claiming to be this week.

Tammy-what a crock!! You are right, they are running scared, because consumers are getting the info! I was told by a CA that they wouldn't deal with me because it was well know around thei offices that I was "educated in debt" I just told them it was about time. They also said they knew the website I was getting my info from!! Maybe I better be carefull using my name!!..Karen

Wow Tammy, that is some interesting info. I believe I know which companies that have sent you these letters. I haven't received any yet but you never know. How can it be slander when you tell the truth? I know one who likes to stalk people around the message boards so there is nothing wrong with being a little cautious.

Check out this users blog, she has template letters you can look at.

You should send these PDL's who are not following the Florida State laws a letter with the laws listed. IF you have overpaid then you may want to ask for a refund or your account paid if full. I would defiantly file a complaint with your Attorney General Office.

I sent them an email regarding Fl. laws and they said they go by Wisconsin laws and that is what my contract says.
