You so called "lawyers" threatening me that I am going to be picked up by the police for fraud and arrested in a couple hours. Unless I pay the money they want. They never once said they were a debt considation member, nor offered a payment plan. It was stated pay within 24 hours or go to jail and be arrested in 3 hours from the phone call.

You business tactics are disgusting, and probably illegal, as your "lawyers" or members are making up lies about being arrested!!!!!

Get your people straighted out on what the law says. I called the police on you and your members lying tactics.

I suggest you find Jesus and open your heart to Him. Ask Him to lead you on the righteous path. It's ok to collect or consolidate for people, but it's a terrible thing to have members lie about the police!!

I am terribly distressed and emotionally and financially drained today. It did'nt have to be this way if they told the truth!!!!!!

DebbieMarina, Ellis Crosby is a debt collection agency. It is not involved in offering debt consolidation programs to the consumers. They have been lying to you about it.

They are collecting the debt from the consumers in the most atrocious manner and their illegal actions have to be reported to the police or the consumer bureaus.

Also, people have been reporting about their actions to the FTC and the DA's office and we are hoping to see some immediate action soon.

Do not lose heart as they have been doing these types of unfair practices on a majority of people. I am sure that their days of counted can be well counted in fingers.

I too was just contacted by these sharks this morning and threatend with arrest and prosecution if I did not respond by 2 p.m. I began to ask the caller as he never gave me his name questions. I questioned where he was located, what jurisdiction I would be "arrested in" what court I would be "prosecuted" in and his answers were delayed and he became agitated as I had told him I couldn't talk because I was at work. He then told me "

you have the 800 number you said you can't talk so call me when you can talk" It was at this point I decided this individual was/is not an attorney and was only trying to scare me. Consumers beware and inform yourselves.
