Did you sign a voluntary wage assignment? Wait, what am I saying, this company claims to be paperless. Just to be on the safe side, you should write a voluntary wage assignment revokation letter and give it to your payrolll company just to be on the safe side. Most companies won't honor them anyways. But this is a paperless company so I doubt they would be able to do this. And even if they could, the federal law states that once you revoke your authorization to garnish your wages they can NOT follow through. This company you are dealing with is out of the UK and really tough to deal with. Don't fall for the false threat of somebody is filing criminal charges against you or that you are going to be arrested.
