I founded this histories about Palisades Collection

Hi:

I was navigated in Internet about this collection agency and I founded this histories about PALISADES COLLECTION AGENCY. I have the credit report of my husband and we found this agency that report an account for ATT. We are sure that we do not have any account with this company and never we receive nothing like a letter or bill. We do not know what can we do about this problem. Thank you for your help.

Welcome to the site! You need to send a letter to this company, via Certified Mail, Return Receipt Requested, requesting verfication of the debt. You can find a sample letter here:

The thread listed above has the address for Palisades contained in the first post - that's where you should send your debt validation letter. If you send it via Certified Mail, they will have to sign for it, which will prove to you that they received it.

Waika, I would contact AT&T and see what they say also. I always found them to be easy to work with even in payment arrangements. Hopefully they can straighten out the mistake. Best Wishes KYSIDE38
