I need help to stop credit harassment from a pay day loan, i tried to pay these people back and I dont owed but 300. It went from 200 to 600

They kept trying to deduct money out of my account whe there was nothing in it

I told them many times my bank account was closed however they kept trying to take money out which always open my bank account back up

Now I owed the bank over 800 dollars in over nsf fees because of these people

They clearly knew that I no longer have a checking account

But they kept trying to deduct money off

I been sending their money by western union and money gram, we agreed to this

They picked ip up one but today they called and said now they refuse to pick it up

I am going to court and file small claims action against these people , they are clearly ignoring the letter i send to them and keep calling me on my job

Well three days later it was in my account and it was
To late for me to return the payment because the other
Creditors had deducted their payments out

All in all the money was deducted and i still owed you
All

These idiots aren't going to take you to court, they are unlicensed and operating out of the UK. If it isn't too late go to another bank and open a new account. And file a complaint with your Attorney General's Office. This company isn't licensed to loan money to anybody in the US. And they will threaten arrest, fraud, etc....They are LIARS.

their are attorneys that are out there that deal with scum like these people that are taking advantage of you and continously violating the fdcpa. You may be able to sue the company that is harassing you.The best news is that typically, each violation can be a $1,000 fine. look at fdcpa violation sue in google,

This company is absolutely shameless. They don't care who they hurt, humiliate or cause harm to in order to get what they consider "their due". They will lie, harrass and even cost people their jobs by contacting them at work multiple times in one day.

Stay away from them. If you are considering taking out a payday loan, please don't. Try to find a friend to take a loan from, or a family member. But definitely stay away from Rt. 66, or any of their many affiliates. Although they may be one of the easiest companies to get a loan with, they more than make up for that by making collection one of the worst experiences you'll ever have.

Do not send them anymore money period is my *personal opinion*........they cannot send you to jail for anything. They are not licensed with The State of Nevada or New York their base of operations in the US.....*FRAUDULENT* Do not give them a dime more, contatc the authorities in your state & report 'em!

Theres another thread on these clowns here in the forum to browse through, okie dokie? Matter of fact, what state do you live in? I'll get the right info for you.

My loan was 200 they said I will owed 280. I had 4 loans from these people and always paid in full,

however some one else debit money out of my checking account which i dint authorized this person to do so and that made my account go into negative because they did it 7 times,

to make a long story short when Route 66 tried to debit the 280 out I had no more funds. and who ever was trying to debit out of my account they kept doing it making me have a lot of NSF on my account. so i asked route 66 could I pay them another way until I get this all worked out with the bank and they refused

Next thing I know it went from 280 to 650

I finally got some one to give me the money gram number so i can pay them something so i got the payment down to 200 and the day before I was to make the last payment route 66 called me at work and told me that they will no longer take payments from money gram that i have to give them a checking account number,

I asked them whats the big deal as long as they get paid

I only owed 200 and I will pay it all that day by money gram which they refused, i did send it by money gram any way and called them back to let them know i send the money and they said they will not pick it up so i went got the money back,

I now think they are the ones who tried to debit money from my checking account in another name to make my account go over draft just so when they try to debit my account it will be returned to them

it seem like they dont want to accept the money so that they can keep charging me late fees, How can you pay some one and they refuse to pick it up. I did get all them other charges from this other bank cleared and credit back to my account however although I told route 66 I closed that account they was still trying to debit money which I had none in there and that bought me new charges

I am having the same problems...I took out a $200.00 loan or at least they say I did. I had someone making all kinds of debits from my checking account as well which caused their withdrawal to overdraw my account which I eventually had to close. They are harrassing me at work and home and I asked for a copy of the signed contract and all I got was a generic letter from a Chris Wilson and all of the sudden my $200 loan is now at $3000 and then the next phone call I got the balance was $5000. I have made a complaint with the Ohio Attorney General but somehow I think they are going to haunt me forever. I definately learned my lesson on payday loans.

Please help with whatever info you have....
