This might seem like a dumb question. But i want to pay off my debt with att and my account is with palisades but i dont know who to contact or who to send payments to?
thanks..

When did you last default on the AT&T account? There are many posts on this AT&T and Palisades collection in this forum. Read the posts carefully so that you are aware about this company. Most of the files are disputed because Palisades didn't get the correct information from AT&T. Besides, Palisades wasn't able to validate the account in most cases.

Before sending any payments, send them a debt validation request to make sure everything is correct on your account. You might be able to find the address in other posts. If not, please let me know and I will see if I can find it for you. You will want to send the letter certified mail with return receipt requested. This way you will have proof that they received your letter.

hello. i hope you can help me. I called a collections agency today handling my macys acct because I wanted to pay to pay them after being delinquent for 9 months. The reason being was that I was in school and about to graduate and didnt have a steady job then. Now I am back on my feet, have a stable job and can pay my debt. The only thing is the representative handling my case was very rude and only gave me options that are not attainable/possible. She wanted me to pay the whole amt of 1800 in two days or 1400 to settle the acct paid once. I have to eat everyday too so I begged her that I can pay at a fixed $ amt monthly but she refused.. Is that legal? do I have any rights? I mean I am very willing to pay the debt and I know that that is my responsibility but she was really rude. Please advise! Help!
