I received this email from TenDollarPayday Loan. For people who months ago told me that I had no choice but to pay the debt or suffer arbitration, now they want to offer me a settlement.

I sent them a letter back informing them that I would agree to the settlement amount if I am able to pay them in four month payments of $81 and/or they wipe out the amount completely and consider me paid in full.

the companies that are associated with them should NOT be able to take anymore money out, correct? Even if I am located in Texas.

I have a copy of the cease and desist letter. They are not licensed to make loans. Period! Don't pay them anything!!! They were told by the Oklahoma Department of Consumer Credit that all loans they have given are null and void!!!!! It does not matter what state you live in! They made loans from Oklahoma to all of us without being licensed to do so. If anyone wants a copy of the letter I received, PM me and I will forward it to you. Read it to them, send it by email, or forward it by regular mail. I can't believe they are still trying to collect!!!! These people are amazing! We have to band together, we have the law on our side.

Alexandra,If Rio Resources loans are all null and void because they didn't have a license to lend, then it doesn't matter if they transfer to another company. Send a copy of the letter to ACA Recovery and ask them if they want to be involved with the Oklahoma Department of Consumer Credit also. As a matter of fact, the letter says if a debtor has paid any part of the principal or loan finance charge, he has a right to recover the payments. We should all go after them and demand the principal and interest we paid!!

I am also dealing with United Cash Loans. If I could, can you please send a copy of the letter from OK authorities. I spoke with them earlier this week and thay are wanting me to send them $480.00 on a $300.00 loan that I have already paid them $300.00 on. This is great news. This forum has been a god send for me. Thank you everyone!!!!!!!

WAIT!!!! HOLD THE PHONE! I know this is an old thread, but are you telling me that One Click Cash AND United Cash Loans are not authorized to lend AT ALL??? I am about to pay United Cash Loans $204.00 to pay my account in full, which is what I owe. But I owe One Click Cash 300.00 and I have already paid 180.00. Are they not allowed to loan ANYWHERE??
