Under the federal laws, you have the rights to send a cease and desist letter and stop the debt collector from calling you further. Insert your info in this sample letter and send it through certified mail / return receipt requested.
The collector must not contact you after receiving the letter. If they violate the laws, sue them. You will win the case and the collector will compensate you up to the extent of damages.
Start collecting proof for legal use. Check your state laws and start recording the phone calls. Keep a list of the number of calls, date, time and the name of the person. You need to have a log with full details for pursuing legal actions. Once you have enough proof, consult an attorney who deals with lawsuits of fdcpa violations.

I had this same problem with Cash Central who was calling almost everyday even though T&C would tell them to stop because I was paying them and I was in consolidation.
I would that you send a cease and desist letter requesting that they stop. It is against the law for them to continue calling you to collect a debt when they know that they have a cease and desist to stop calling you. I hope that this helps you.
