It was a pleasant surprise! I was skeptical,even when they acknowledged my request and approved it. After all, they were unauthorized to take money from my account to begin with, so I was skeptical that they would do the right thing and give me a refund. I'm happy I got it! :D

I was a victim of this company also, once you contact them for a refund they will issue it to you. Also file a complaint with your state's Attorney General's office.
