We bought a truck and it is financed thru this idiot company. The payments are due on the 23rd. I can never make this payment until the end of the month. Anyways, these clowns call my cell, my husband's cell & home 3 or 4 times a day. My husband has repeatedly asked them to move the date closer to the end of the month but they won't do it. He tells them that the payment will be made at the end of the month like always. They want a post dated check and my husband always says no because they charge a 7 or 8 check fee which is ridiculous. Luckily, they finally started letting payments be made over the internet which is how he pays the bill. I can't wait to get rid of this truck and get rid of Wells Fargo. They are idiots.
Sorry for the rant but I think it silly to call on a debt that is barely a week past due. Please don't use this company. They are not consumer friendly and will not work with you.

Hi Swank71...I feel your pain..I have a car loan
with Credit Acceptance..and even if your one day late they call my cell/work, you name it..even if the pay day is Sunday..and the check does not clear until Monday morning..they still call..Are companies so

May want to consider refinancing. I tried to recently and while it didn't work out for my situation, it may for yours. There are many sites, and banks, to go through for refinancing.

I had to deal with the same thing with Capital One Auto Finance. If you think calling you 3 to 4 times a days was bad, try Capital One calling twice an hour sometimes every 15 minutes!!!! Yes, I did fall behind a couple months, but holy crap, that amount was just ridiculous and pushing harrassment. I had to send in a cease and descist letter to get them to STFU!!

Capital One will work as long as you contact them or pick up the phone.

I even recieved a letter from Wells Fargo Acceptance.
That's where my truck is financed. They had balls enough to send a letter to me, stating THEY were gonna buy my insurance and then charge ME for it. Only because they claimed my insurance coverage had expired. But, if they actually looked, they would realize that NEVER once have I talked to my insurance about canceling coverage.

Still have not returned a letter to them, but if I do, it's gonna be a nasty one. And rightfully so!!

Never could trust Wells Fargo, in ANY fashion. Same for banks! Can't trust them to manage my money either. Which is why I no longer have credit card, checking or saving account. Cash or Money Order only.

If I can't afford it, then I either don't need it, or I have to wait until I have the money for it. Best think I've done!

I agree I had them for a home loan and they were the worst company I have ever dealt with. I wouldnt advise anyone to do business with this company. KYSIDE38

My company repo'd the wrong car once. When we send it to a repossessor we give the year, make, mileage, color, and VIN #. This place went out to get the car, they seen a car that matched our description and nabbed it. When they brought it back to my lot, I went out and looked at it, and the VIN did not match. So I said "You idiots took the wrong F&*#-ING car! Go bring it back and hope they don't sue over it." Turns out it was the neighbor's car and luckily, he was very understanding after the repo guy gave him $500 for the inconvenience. Needless to say, we never used that repo company again.
