Harassing collectors

I have a company calling me called First Credit of
America. Their number is 1-800-852-9465. They
call several times a day. I told them last night
that is not legal and asked for their address so
I could look into them and they hung up on me. I c
called back repeatedly to request the information
and they hung up every time as soon as I would say
"Hello." They just called again and I requested
the information and the woman told me I was being
rude? and refused to give me the address. I said, "
I need the address if you want your money don't I?
" and she replied "I don't want any" and hung up
on me. I don't know what to do.

It's time for you to draft a validation letter along with cease and desist communication.

Are they playing with their phones? Record their phone calls and make them aware that you are going to speak with any attorney. They need to show a valid purpose or stop making the calls. Period!!
