Just curious, are you filing bankruptcy just because of Geneva Roth? I mean if you have already paid the loan principal and have paid the charges according to your state laws, you don't need to be worried about them. You can use legal methods and put a fight instead of taking this route that is totally unnecessary according to me. Maybe, I am wrong in getting the whole picture.

No I am not filling because of Geneva Roth but becuase of other circumstances.

yes i have an attorney. But until I pay the 1395 fee I can't stop garnishments etc. So I am trying to find a way to get this taken care of. I just want a fresh start.
