Anyone have dealings with them as in default? I have paid in full but they still want more money. I am sending letters to AG, cease and desist, and told them I am filing bankruptcy. Any ideas how they will be?

Document all the papers and write a letter to the AG. Send a copy to Geneva Roth for making them aware of your actions.

If you are filing for bankruptcy, do it fast because if Geneva Roth comes to know about your move, they will create problems for you (though there is nothing much they can do)

Just curious, are you filing bankruptcy just because of Geneva Roth? I mean if you have already paid the loan principal and have paid the charges according to your state laws, you don't need to be worried about them. You can use legal methods and put a fight instead of taking this route that is totally unnecessary according to me. Maybe, I am wrong in getting the whole picture.
