I too just got charged ON MY CHECKING ACCOUNT 12.95 for CIC Credit Services. I don't remember signing up for it either.

Did you give them your account info? You can contact them to find out about the charge, or contact your bank to possibly dispute the charge if you don't feel that it is valid. They will investigate the charge and take care of it if it was not authorized.
