I'll be there!! I will be with my husband only if the majority brings their significant others (I.E if you bring Chris!) Otherwise, it'll be just me..And I'm sure Polly and I will be together in one vehicle. Andrew won't be with me, he'll stay with Grandma.

Who's bringing little ones? I'm undecided as to whether I'd want to bring a 3-year-old, or have an adult day out.

I'm sure people will be bringing kids with them, Tiffany, but that would be up to you. :) Fins is leaving her son at home for an adult day, but EVERYONE is invited...Kids or not. :)

Jessi, I would like to come. I have an aunt that lives in Lansing Mich. About 2 or 3 hours away. I would like to see her. Maybe I can go see Steelers on the way also. LOL Maybe she will get me off a bus. LOL I will see what I can work out. KYSIDE38

I really am hoping to go. I'll see what happens - that's the weekend that my sons get out of school, and traditionally, that's the weekend we travel to Boardman, OH (half way to VA) to meet their dad so he can take them for the summer. I might be able to work it out that we can come on Saturday to CP, stay the night somewhere cheap, then go on to Boardman on Sunday. Lot of logistics involved, but we'll see what happens! Not sure I'd be too missed if I didn't go anyway - there will be lots of folks going, I'm sure.

LOL - thank you Mishele! I'm thinking what I'd have to do is arrange to meet the boys' dad on Sunday, and come to CP on Saturday for our get-together, then stay overnight somewhere and move on to Boardman Sunday morning. We usually meet around 1 p.m. in Boardman, so I think that will work out. Just have to work out the finance end of it now.

That sounds great, Mishele! Only problem is I won't be hitting Boardman until Sunday, and our trip to CP is on Saturday...I'm coming from Michigan, so Boardma is beyond CP for me. I'll go to CP first, then to Boardman the next day.

I went to college close to Cedar Point!! OK, it was in the 70's and 80's...sounds like FUN!!!

I'm not a big fan of Kings Island...Last time I went to Kings Island my head got so beat back and forth under the shoulder harnesses that my ears were ringing for days. It was like getting my butt kicked on purpose...lol

I've made tentative, preliminary contact with my ex regarding this trip, and what it means regarding his trip to meet us at the half-way point to pick up the boys for the summer. I'm supposed to get back with him tonight about it, so we'll see where it goes from here. I'm hoping it all works out.

I would love to come and meet all of you, but I get vertigo so badly that all I have to do is look at those high rides and I get violently ill. I haven't been to an amusement park in 25 years! Kiddie park makes me sick! I miss all of the fun!

This sounds like fun, I might look into coming...not sure how far Ohio is from Wisconsin...but I love highway driving, so it wouldn't bother me.

Jessi thanks! You would need to hold my head though. I will see what I can do - I am having the doc look into this vertigo thing - it's making me crazy! It has to do with my inner ear - I get horrid motion sickness also. But I will see what happens in the next month. Oh I certainaly hope that it stops snowing by then! I remember about 20 years ago, we had a blizzard on Easter Sunday - I think that it was the 11th of April. My sister was getting married on the 16th of April (that Friday) and we have pictures of her standing in mom and dad's front yard in front of a six foot pile of snow!

I hope so....lol But at this rate, it won't be melted by then...

Boy the CP trip sounds like a blast. I've only been on this board for about 2 weeks, and I feel like I already know many of you. I'm in the Detroit area, and we bought seasons passes last year for the first time. It was so much fun, that we will probably do it again this year, if it's in the budget. We'll probably allocate some tax return money for it.

I'll look at our calendar. It may be possible to join the group.

I've never really posted to message boards/forums until recently. This is fun, and really helpful. Helps to relieve some stress - thanks guys.
