Send a complete cease and desist communication letter along with it.

Send the letter CMRRR. All calls must stop after they have received your letter. If they continue, pursue legal actions by recording their phone calls. Keep a log of their calls with date and time. Check whether your state requires consent of one party before recording the calls.

Ok...I just done the C&D letter and have it printed and signed.
Ok...I just done the C&D letter and have it printed and signed. Now, what do I need to do to let them know about the SOL being out?? Does anyone have a template that I can go by?? :wink:
