How is Rio Resources AKA MTE Financial still lending money w

Rio Resources is ordered to stop lending by the Oklahoma Department of Consumer Credit. This happened in the month of January. Do you still see the company doing loans in OK? Then, you must report them to your state AG.

It has something to do with them being on an Indian Reservation. Legally, OK doesn't have any authority there. It's a messy situation . . . . .

Yes, I currently have a loan with them..I am going to pay the full amount that they say I owe them, but I am going to do everything it takes to make sure this place is shut down...I have a friend that's a class action atternoy and he's looking into it right now pro-bono
