Has anyone dealt with quickdraw, How long can I hold them at bay to pay this off. Have 5 hounding me, took care of five so there is progress being made here. Anyone have any dealings with quick draw let me know please?

Yeah it is an internet loan. I started this little venture with 10 loans, I am down to 5, but 3 of them are biggies that have some power, suing power so I need to finish them off first and I have a good handle on them. However the other two that are being a pain in the butt are quickdraw, and arrowhead. I am going to sit down tommorro morning and figure out what I have paid quickdraw so far, I know they have gotten more than they should have and they want $300 more and consider that giving me a break. I hit them with the pa law stuff before and it didn't work. Arrowhead gave me the song and dance that they are too small to extend the privilidge of forgiving any part of the loan. According to pay law, I should only owe them another $58.50, they want another $510, I guess their company growth depends on me, LOL. I really need to take care of Cashnetusa, I hear they have teeth and don't hesitate to bite. So I am gonna blow these other two off for awhile, they both have been sent revocation of ach and pa state law information. They are not cooperating. So they can wait.

I think figuring out what you have paid with them is a good step. I would take care of cashnetusa first because I do believe they get licensing from what I've read. I've never dealt with Arrowhead either. Once you figure out what you've paid them, I wound send them another letter stating what you've overpaid and ask for a PIF letter. If you owe a small amount to Arrowhead, state in the letter that is what you will pay and ask for PIF after that. If they keep asking for more, follow up with the proper complaints.
