I will see if I can find a bank that uses telecheck.
What are the judgements for? NSF's? Bounced checks?

What are judgements for? Most banks use either a credit report or chexsystem to report bad debts. If I had more info.,I may be able to offer guidance. If you need bank to open without chexsystem,follow advice of goudah above. Yeah, since your bank judgements would show as both chexsystems report and on your credit reports, plus, if the judgements were for bad checks they would show on telecheck. Meaning it will be very difficult for you to find an account. You may get lucky and have a bank close by that only verifies with a drivers license, but those are very rare nowdays.
