I have two judgements against me at two banks where I was once a customer. Can I get an account with another bank in the State of PA. I live in Philadelphia. Thank you.

What are judgements for? Most banks use either a credit report or chexsystem to report bad debts. If I had more info.,I may be able to offer guidance. If you need bank to open without chexsystem, follow advice of goudah above. If you would like to receive your chex report or credit report, their is a sticky in credit repair board titled Interesting tips. Take a peek and let us know if we can be of futher assistance.

Yeah, since your bank judgements would show as both chexsystems report and on your credit reports, plus, if the judgements were for bad checks they would show on telecheck. Meaning it will be very difficult for you to find an account. You may get lucky and have a bank close by that only verifies with a drivers license, but those are very rare nowdays.

Let us know what the judgements are for and we can better direct you to what your best bet would be.
