I have had Riscuity call twice trying to collect on a payday loan from Zipcash. They will not identify themselves from the outset and try to act all chummy and friendly. After continued asking, "Who are you?" they finally breakdown and tell me who they are. They also would not give me an address where I could send a DV or for that manner, any information at all. Does anyone have a correct address on them? I have two:
P.O. Box 1804, Suite 120
Duluth, GA 30097
and
P.O. Box 674108
Marietta, GA 3006-0068

It is appropriate to send a DV via email and if so, does anyone have an email address for them? Also if they purchased the debt, which I haven't established yet, can they sue me? The payday loan is illegal and I have paid more than enough according to my state laws. Thanks for any info.

If you have already paid more than your state laws, then you should call the original company and get your account marked closed. You must get a PIF in writing. Chances are that Riscuity is been hired by the original company for collections. Get the account marked closed and you don't need to pay anything to Riscuity.
