Original loan for $250 and they have been debiting $75 every two weeks and have already taken $525. I can't locate their contact information, otherwise I would have paid this loan in full way before all these interest payments. The only thing I can think of doing now is putting a block on them from debiting my account. Help!

You have already paid so much towards the interests. Call the company and try to settle the account. Ask your bank for their contact information. They should have it in their system.
