:cry: Last year I found three accounts for Swiss Colony/Seventh avenue on my credit report.All of these were charge offs.I desputed them and then they
did an investigation.I received two letters stating that these accounts had been opened fraudulantly.
In the letter they were to contact all credit bureaus.
I applied to seventh ave. for a futon.Today I get a letter of denial for credit based on my credit report with Swiss Colony.
I phone them and got the biggest and dumbist reason.
They stated that they had to recheck my application.I told them forget the order I wanted them to fix whatever they promised in the letter.Can they deny me based on false information? what are my options?

I would check your credit reports, and if the item is still showing start disputing it again.
