Regarding another pdl, Magnum, I rec'd a call from their collector, I believe from their office. The collector called me
**** and told me to be a man and stop dodgeing his calls. How should I handle this one?

Put the proposal in writing and send the money through money order. Send it through certified mail for having proof. They will accept the money order when they have money in hand. Keep a watch that they post the money into your account.

Don't worry, they can't have you arrested no matter how much they twist the facts. They are only trying to scare you, simple as that. Ask for a debt validation letter and you can send a cease and desist letter if you wish. Cranberra's idea seems like a good idea if you are content on paying them without a debt validation. Keep track of all their calls and record them if you can. Do not let them intimidate you, I've already filed a complaint against them with the Florida attroney generals office.
