This section received your complaint against Geneva Roth Ventures. This company has never been licensed in Minnesota to make pay day loans, and licensing does not appear necessary, as the company appears to operate outside of Minnesota under the laws of another state, probably Kansas laws. Please provide me with your complete address. I will then forward the complaint to the regulators in Kansas for investigation. I can be contacted by e-mail or by phone at 651-297-3780. |

Every single one of these companies needs to be stopped! I think that every state should place a ban on internet pdl's. The storefronts are not much better but at least they are not as shady! God, I wish I had never gotten into this mess. Of course at the time I had no other recourse or I would have been homeless...

Me too Leah. I would have lost my house, both my cars (I'm about to lose those anyhow), my utilities, and pretty much everything else. I think that all of us have gotten these loans out of desperation and necessity. They all need to be stopped, even the storefronts.
