Give your Dept. of Commerce your address. Let them forward the complaint. Other than that, sounds to me like there isn't much more you can do.

I would almost bet that they aren't licensed in Kansas either . . . .

It sounds like Minnesota is another state that allows companies licensed in another state to lend legally to their consumers . . . .

i cant belive that there letting this company get away with this.. im contacting the ftc since im not geting help from the minnesota ag or commerce office.. maybe i should give them the link to forms about geneva roth

I don't think they are licensed in Kansas if I remember right. You will probably want to forward you information on to them.

Every single one of these companies needs to be stopped! I think that every state should place a ban on internet pdl's. The storefronts are not much better but at least they are not as shady! God, I wish I had never gotten into this mess. Of course at the time I had no other recourse or I would have been homeless...

Me too Leah. I would have lost my house, both my cars (I'm about to lose those anyhow), my utilities, and pretty much everything else. I think that all of us have gotten these loans out of desperation and necessity. They all need to be stopped, even the storefronts.

Mn law changed they need to be lic. In minnesota now for them to lend or anything now.
