Here is the story..I have faxed and emailed and Called 500Fastcash repeatly twice a day for the last three day to get my loan paid in full (300.00 - i have since paid 500) Nothing back from them so i called, they couldn't tell me what is going on and this time i could log into the online acount and see / view documents and i was 'active'.. after being told to fax it to another "department" i did so twice, this dept. doesn't have a live operator of coarse. I was also told they were going to do a quick collect and take 325.. from me, NO WAY, i said...So, today after faxing and emailing again AND following through that I filed an online AG's complaint, which i did. My account states this:

Your Loan Status: Needs Attention

Your account currently needs attention.

Please call us at to speak with a
customer service representative immediate

So, i get on the "chat" live with a person and was asked, do you have a loan with us and if so, where did you apply (probably because she couldn't find anything??) then i told her the short story and said, sorry you have to call and speak to a representive tomorrow. HHHMMM what are your thoughts on this? do you think they marked paid in full, i have YET to get an email Sorry for the long post but gosh, just email me the decision!!! so, i can't WAIT to call them tommorrow..


You should send them an email that states:

Customer Service Rep's mind: NEEDS ATTENTION

Employees of your company need to try medication.

Please contact me immediately, I may have a psychiatric referral that can be of use.


Just stick to your guns. Keep going on live chat if you want and keep sending them an email.

You have paid enough back, I would send them a certified letter with return signature with a copy of the complaint to the AG's office letting them know that you consider the account paid in full and request that they do the same. make sure you get the paid in full letter. their address is:

I would keep all communication with them in written form. These companies are famous for saying one thing one day and the next day another thing. I have been told that a company would settle for x amount and now they will not admit to ever saying that and charging me way more. Good luck with this. 500fastcash has not contacted me for a week or so thank goodness. The AG also said they have not responded to my complaint.

Kimmy, Dont expect to hear from this company that you are going to get a refund. This is part of MTE Financial aka Rio Resources and they think they are above the law. Stay on them and keep reporting them to whoever you can find. KYSIDE38
