So, i get on the "chat" live with a person and was asked, do you have a loan with us and if so, where did you apply (probably because she couldn't find anything??) then i told her the short story and said, sorry you have to call and speak to a representive tomorrow. HHHMMM what are your thoughts on this? do you think they marked paid in full, i have YET to get an email Sorry for the long post but gosh, just email me the decision!!! so, i can't WAIT to call them tommorrow..

I have been told that a company would settle for x amount and now they will not admit to ever saying that and charging me way more.
