they call my HR dept at least 5 times a day. I get a call from the supervisor saying that someone is trying to get a hold of me but they can't say who it is plus they cannot give out any info. on an employee to BIG or take messages. That doesn't stop them plus my HR is saying that if BIG keeps calling them they will get our local Detective Bureau involved. I'm hoping that this might scare them but I doubt it.

Good for your HR Department! It's nice to hear when employers cooperate with you against these illegal companies!

they are calling me @ work. harrasing me
to collect on a debt. i have never taken
a loan from them , i have asked them to
furnish me with some form of proof that
i owe them and they refuse. they continue
to ask me for banking info. i tried to get
a physical address on this compnany and
they refused that also even after telling
them i would be willing to mail them a
payment. they ask for banking info again.
my supervisor has told them to stop calling
i have told them to stop calling , coworkers
even tried telling them i dont work there.
nothing seems to work for long , everytime
i think they are gone they come back.

I have been dealing with these people for months now and they still seem to think that I owe them money. I paid off my loan and now they are calling my work and tell me to F* off and wanting to speak to my mananger and everything. But everytime they get transferred to her they hang up. I am reporting them to the BBB unfortunately I can't get them to come up on there.

Forget the BBB. Go straight to your states AG, their states AG the FTC and throw in the FBI for good measure.

I to have taken out a loan with them,and when my account was closed I tried to call them but everytime they hang up on me so I said screw them a-holes.....

Does anyone have their address? I need to send them a letter to stop calling me at work. The don't want to give it to me when I call them.
