Ok, I know this is way off base from debt. Today I have been experiencing a lot of fluttering in my chest. Feels kind of like when one gets scared and your heart beats fast, (or flutters). I am not sure how else to describe it, but this is what I am feeling. It has been coming and going and it is very frustrating. I was wondering if anyone else has ever had something like this? I am one of those that hate going to the doctors to just be told it isn't anything.

I always sent out invitations about 4 weeks ahead - if it is an announcement only, I think 7-10 days is good. That is what I am doing for my daughter...she graduates with a Bachelors degree in Animal Science and a minor in International Studies on MOther's Day. sniff sniff they grow up waaaay too fast!!

dear friend 2nband i really want to see you very well and very happy.
if you walk like 30 minutes a day and dont put salt in your food i think your blood pressure goes down.
I love lettuce with some natural garlic and i just
ate it now and i ate a apple every morning.i love
vegetables and fruits but i cannot see ice cream
or a cake that i spoiled all my diet.today i walked
30 minutes because i cannot leave my husband alone
and i was feeling with no air and i was feeling sick.i walking only 30 minutes and i'm feeling great.
2nband i hope you do the same.you go to fell great
and my only problem is like your doughnuts temptation and mine is the ice cream in my refrigerator.
i have to buy ice cream because my husband loves ice
cream and this is my excuse always.i forget to tell you that i love sweets.my coffee is sugar free and
my coke is sugar free caffeine free but dont think
i dont like cake and chocolate either.

Well, just got back from the drs...Heart monitors showed some palputrations, but nothing to be concerned over. I will be going in for a stress test one day this week or next week. They will put me on a treadmill. He also gave me some medicine for anxiety/depression, so I hope it helps and I go back to see him in a month. Keeping my fingers crossed that all this will help.

I am glad that nothing serious showed up! I bet it was stress...my heart gets like that sometimes for weeks at a time when I am stressing out bad. I hope the meds help. You will always be in my prayers! {{hugs}} Can you have caffeine now? I went to the dr today and they said I really need to not have any caffeine or carbonated beverages anymore!

I am trying to get out of having anything big for Memorial Day. If we do anything, I want to keep is small considering that on the 4th I have my mother-in-law coming in (and staying here), then on the 6th, my folks and an aunt of mine and maybe 2 of her kids coming in and my aunt and kids will be staying here (folks staying with my brother) and then not even sure who all else will be here for my son's graduation! I just need some quiet time and do something that I am not running my butt off. Will be doing that a about a week later!!!

Oh I am also so relived and glad to know that you are going to be okay. And, I understand the stress thing...gezzzz getting to Washington (only took about a month's supply of meds to get me on a plane) and going through all the ceremonies and dinners....it was exhausting! So good luck...and, remember "This too shall pass." Congrats on your daughter hun...that's terrific!
