yes they do. they only had their membership terminated. as far as what they can do, i don't know. i received an e-mail from the aca stating this.

Although Ellis Crosby has been suspended from ACA International, it does not stop them from continuing collection efforts.

If they don't validate the debt and continue making harassing calls, you have the legal right to file a case against them under the Consumer protection afforded by the fdcpa Section 809 (b) and sue them up to $1000.
