Has anyone used coastal credit solutions? they also deal with a third party company named Consumer & Business debt counseling Services.
If so what did/ did you not like. Any info would be great.
Thank you

I applied for services with Coastal and they said that my account is going to be handled by the 3rd party business in my subject line. I looked up Coastal with the Better Business Bureau and they get a good review, but the 3rd party business does not. Did you go with them? If so, how is it going? I have 10 days to cancel. Let me know. My email address is email address removed as per forum rules - Mike

I TALKED TO A LADY TODAY. IT SOUNDS GOOD. BUT AFTER THINKING ABOUT IT A LITTLE HOW CAN I BE SURE MY MONEY WILL BE GOING INTO A BANK AND NOT SENDING NO PAYMENTS TO THE CREDITORS AS OF AS SOON AS YOU TELL THEM OK MONEY COMES RIGHT OUT OF YOUR ACCOUNT THEY HOLD IT UNTIL 40 % NO REAL CONTRACT? I WOULD LOVE FOR IT TO WORK BUT............. ANYBODY OUT THERE THAT HAS ACTUALLY BEEN IN AWHILE? THANKYOU FOR ANY INFO. THANKYOU!!!!!!!

there should be some type of contract were it shows were your money is going and so forth. i personally got a statement everymonth how much was in my account/what was taken from my account and for what (settlement toX company).

Also i would be concerned about running with a company that outsources your account. if this is the case you may have to track down people to find out whats going on with your accounts.
