NEed guidelines for a new member

I have recently pulled a report and found something I already knew. Two charge offs That I have to clean up.
One is interesting as it was to Orchard BAnk but my Consumer credit counseling outfit has been distributing payments since late 2004. Orchard told me they sold in Oct 2005 to Arrow (heard that name before......) Arrow says they have never heard of me.
$1200 has gone somewhere...Orchard says that have no records anymore. Doesn't make sense to me. Looking for ideas....
Second is Volvo FInace--CAr Debt (actually just the over mileage) I disputed but have not seen results... They charged off and sent somewhere. I have not been contacte dto my knowledge. Do I contact Volvo to get them to help me clear up??

I would contact consumer credit counseling about the info you found out and ask them where they have been sending the payments.
I would also contact Volvo and find out where your account is. If they sold it the should be able to tell you where it went and the contact info on the company that has it now.
